St Columban's Eco-Committee have been working very hard over the past few months and their hard work has paid off! They have achieved their first Eco-Award- a bronze certificate. They have achieved this through writing an eco-code for the school, developing an eco action plan and reaching their targets on the action plan. Their targets included; getting new bins for the playground (including a recycling bin), weekly monitoring of domestic metre readings and growing fruit and vegetables in the school poly tunnel. Congratulations to all the Eco-Committee members for their hard work and dedication to making St Columban's more eco-friendly!
