Primary 4 and 5 had a great morning making pancakes. The pupils helped to weigh out the various ingredients including flour, milk, eggs and sugar. It was very important to use a sieve when adding the sugar and flour to ensure all lumps or bits were removed. The pupils helped to blend the mixture preparing it for the pan. When the pancakes were cooked, the pupils added their favourite toppings including nutella, syrup, sugar and lemon juice. Everyone had a fun morning and the pancakes tasted delicious!!!
