Today the children got opportunities to explore the topic of weight and mass. We discussed converting grams into kilograms and vice versa. We also embedded some fraction and decimal work along with finding the average.....our numeracy is crossing over many areas of learning. Practical experience mixed with some theory really does help our learning.
