Primary 4/5 are currently exploring the topic of the ‘Rainforest’ in their World Around Us. Last week we linked our topic & literacy together to create ‘Rainforest Glossaries’. The boys & girls used our rainforest topic library books and the I-pads to brainstorm vocabulary associated with rainforests. They then chose words for their glossaries and researched their meaning. They used their learning from their grammar focus for this week, which was alphabetical order, to lay out their glossaries. Fantastic work P4/5!
